Art Walk - supplies, updates + final mtg!

Dear Art Walk participants,

Just one month to go!  Tom and I finished delivering Art Walk materials to each host who submitted a form requesting delivery this afternoon. Please continue reading for more info about supplies, volunteering, and save the date for our final AW zoom meeting on Tuesday, Sept 29 @7pm.

What's in the host bags? How do I use the supplies?

Inside each host bag are materials for hosts and participating artists as well as a printed set of instructions. I've attached those instructions to this email as well. As explained in the instructions, please hold off on placing your yard signs and posters until early October. 

I need to pick up my host bag/supplies - how do I do that? 

-->Option 1) Host bags will be available for pick-up at the Sept 24 monthly meeting. Please arrive 15 minutes early if you need to pick up your host supplies at the meeting. 

-->Option 2) If you are unable to pick up your supplies on the 24th, you will need to pick them up from the office on the lower level of the Arcade. Please reply to this email for instructions on how to access the office.

I want more supplies - how can I get more?

-->You can pick up extra brochures, posters, and yard signs at the Sept 24 monthly meeting. 

-->Please note that supplies of tote bags are limited, as we have added several sites to our in-person promotional efforts (markets, amb tent, etc.)

Yes! That is exactly what we will do at the final 2026 Art Walk Zoom on Tuesday, Sept 29 @7pm. Zoom link will be sent closer to the date.
