Art Walk Supply Delivery Form

Dear Art Walk HOSTS (this email does not apply to non-hosts),

Amazing how time flies! We now have an office packed full of Art Walk supplies and are ready to get them out to all of you!

Tom and I will be delivering "host bags" (including yard signs, stakes, posters, etc) to Art Walk locations on Friday, Sept 18 between 9am-5pm.
