Info for Participating Artists:
Dear Artists,
We’re so excited to have you as part of the upcoming Art All Night Chevy Chase on Saturday, September 12! It’s going to be a wonderful night of creativity, community, and celebration of local talent.
A few details to help you prepare:
Your space: Each artist will have an approximately 6’ x 6’ area to showcase their work.
Keep it minimal: Because space is cozy and shared, we’re asking everyone to keep displays simple and streamlined. This keeps the whole gallery feeling open and walkable.
Timing: We will know what time we can get into the space closer to the event. Most likely around 2:00–2:30pm, with the event beginning at 4:00pm.
Weather: September is usually a beautiful time of year for this event, so we’re looking forward to a lovely evening. Just in case, please note that if there’s inclement weather, the band from the main stage will move inside. Please check your email the day prior to the event for any updates.

We’d love to add some warm, magical lighting to the space. If you have any string lights or fairy lights you’d be willing to lend for the evening, please let us.
