Meeting Notes — Art Walk Planning

• Art Walk preparation starts now! September is especially busy, so participants were encouraged to get organized earlier than usual.

• The member portal is now the central source of information. All Art Walk emails/materials will also be posted there, including the summer “getting ready” checklist.

• Hosts and artists should connect ASAP and work out logistics such as setup/takedown times, tent placement, access, overnight storage, and rain/weather contingencies.
