Scott Wiskoski

Scott Wiskoski is an abstract painter who works in acrylic and oil. She likes to experiment with scale, format, materials, and subject matter — or no subject matter.

She has shown frequently in the Washington, DC area including at Bethesda Urban Partnership’s Gallery B, Salon Lofts-Gaithersburg, Windows on Wisconsin (WoW2), The Yellow Barn, Washington Studio School, Vander Zee Studio Painters, and the Hill & Knowlton Corporation’s “Celebrating the Arts.” She has been involved with Ch/Art since its beginning, served on its board for 4 years, including as Chair.

Her art education is with the Washington Studio School, Vander Zee School of Painting, and The Yellow Barn. She is a graduate of Skidmore College and the Yale School of Management.

Outside of art, she loves animals and is an avid equestrian. She has lived/worked in Japan, France, South America, and many places in North America.

Her prior experience is as a management consultant and as Navy Supply Corps Officer. Scott grew up in Bennington, Vermont.
