Ginger Ingalls, née Prichard, is a retired journalist covering energy conservation for The Bureau of Natural Affairs. She graduated from George Washington University and studied at the Corcoran School of the Arts and Design. Her photography using her painted backgrounds and poetry are in George Washington University’s permanent collections. She is listed among Maida Withers Dance Construction Company’s collaborators.
